THE GOSPEL OF JOHN

In John 21:31 it says, "These things are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and believing, you may have life in His name." As we go through the Gospel of John together; may you know Jesus more and more, and ultimately, find true life, believing in His name.
 
FEBRUARY 23, 2020 - DECEMBER 27, 2020 

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 27

“Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?”

He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.”

He said to him, “Feed My lambs.” (John 21:15)

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 20

“but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.” (John 20:31)

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6

 What is the significance of the Cross of Christ? A study on John 19 gives us the message that the unique identity of the Son of God makes the sufferings of Christ unique.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 29

 From John 18, Jesus wants to remind you, to be submissive to His authority, to be guided by His Spirit and to be devoted to His approval.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22 

How do we talk to God? Or what do we pray? Jesus' High-Priestly Prayer in John 17 teaches us some fundamentals of prayer. It challenges us to pray that God may help us to reveal who He is through our lives.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15 

Are you feeling sad and scared during these days of pandemic and uncertainties? God wants to you to experience the fullness of joy and confront the afflictions courageously.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8 

Lonely? Frustrated? Disheartened? God wants you to know that you belong to Him and you are called to glorify His name. 

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1 

In moments of uncertainties, fear, and sickness, do not let your heart be troubled. Look beyond the waves! Start seeing what the Lord has in store for us!

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25 

Hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed, struck down, but not destroyed! God has prepared us for such a time as this. He is personally working in our lives out of His intimate love towards us. 

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18

Do we really honor our God in our worship or are we just going through the motions? Our God deserves all glory, honor and power. Let’s give our best to Him. 

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11

Lonely? Hopeless? Sorrowful? Jesus knows you and He cares for you. He is able to make the impossible, POSSIBLE. 

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4

There is someone who knows you intimately, by name. In the areas of your struggle, Jesus wants to transform you. He wants to bring you joy and Eternal Life. 

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27

The way Jesus looks at you is different than the way the world sees you. He would like to intervene in your life and transform you. Are you willing to yield to Him?

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20

Jesus, the Light, reveals who we are, how we should be; and who He, Himself is. 

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13

Are you spiritually thirsty? Or are you spiritually dehydrated? Jesus calls you to come to Him... come to the waters!

AUGUST 23

True faith is one that is established on the truth of the Word of God. Don't allow a misplaced zeal or a mistaken faith make you lose focus- focus on Jesus!

The wind and the storms may have been raging, but Jesus was showing His disciples yet again; Jesus is not merely a King of a nation, but He is the supreme, all-powerful King of Kings.

In situations where we may only see very little, our God is able to do much.

The man at the pool was on the verge of a miracle for 38 year. Friends, whether we see it or not, God is at work!

Jesus breaks through every single barrier that might be set up to keep us from knowing Him. He invites us to know Him as the true Messiah, and invites us to share Him with those around us.

He must increase, but I must 

decrease. He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all. (John 3:30-31)

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, so that whosoever believes in Him, would not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

Nothing is hidden before the Lord. Do we come before Jesus with a superficial faith? Or do we come before Him with a real and authentic faith?

SUNDAY, MARCH 29

As we come to worship, is our heart set on the Lord, or is our mind elsewhere? Even as we move to digital services; let us be fully aware that we are in the presence of God, and He is worthy of pure and unadulterated worship.  

SUNDAY, MARCH 22

When we come before God with ours, and either others' needs and concerns; we can trust that our God is able to meet our need, in His perfect timing.

SUNDAY, MARCH 15

“Can anything good come out of Nazareth?”Philip said to him, “Come and see.”

SUNDAY, MARCH 8

Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.

SUNDAY, MARCH 1

The Light has come, and now through Him, the fullness of grace and truth has come. We are now invited to bear witness to Him.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23

The true Light from heaven has come, and shines in the darkness. The Light shines in the darkness, but the darkness cannot comprehend it.
